Shipping policy

All Dominique Singer Designs items are shipped USPS.  We are not responsible for missing packages and will not replace lost items.  Products are only shipped to the shipping address used on your invoice.  We are not responsible for incorrect mailing addresses or tracking packages sent to an incorrect address.  Please double-check that you use the correct address at checkout.  

All orders are shipped from Valley Village (Los Angeles), California. You will be notified via email when your order has shipped. Tracking information will be provided in that email.

Please allow up to 14 business days for processing and shipping as all items are handmade to order and we are in a global pandemic. We are  a small family business and everything is handmade and packed by us.  Holidays and Major Sales/Launches also may cause a small processing delay.

Remember, we are a small team! We work around the clock to get out everything as timely as possible.

We are not responsible for delays of packages by the carrier.

Once the packages leaves out warehouse it is out of our hands, and we are at the mercy of the post office 

 

For International Orders: Once the package has been shipped out, Dominique Singer Designs cannot promise or guarantee delivery dates due to customs etc. Dominique Singer Designs will always provide a tracking number to the email provided during checkout. Dominique Singer Designs is not responsible for custom taxes on delivery.  If the package is returned to us for non-payment of custom taxes, the customer will have to pay a second Shipping Fee to have it shipped out again.

Shipping Questions

Times are wild right now and shipping has been a massive issue throughout the US.
Due to a high order volume and having to take extra safety measures with our small business, your package may take a little longer to ship.
Once your label has been created, it leaves our studio within 24 hours. 

I just placed an order and noticed I typed in my address wrong. What do I do?

Let us know ASAP and we will change it as long as it hasn’t been shipped yet. Email us at inquiries@dsingerdesign.com with the order number and correct address.

My package says a Shipping Label Created, USPS Awaiting Item. Why hasn't it been shipped yet?

We drop off packages DAILY, so your package has left our stedious. USPS is so far behind on packages, that thousands and thousands are sitting in the distribution center waiting to be scanned. We are unfortunately unable to file a claim when it hasn't been scanned and after spending days talking to USPS and different postmasters, we just are told to wait. Your package has left our studio, but it is stuck at USPS. It is out of our hands, but know that we are doing everything we possibly can to get these out ASAP.

My package was shipped but was delayed, where is it?

We know as much as you do! What you see on tracking is what we see. USPS is very behind and their hours are cut, so items aren't prioritized and are in what we are calling "Mail Limbo." They aren't lost, just VERY delayed. Some packages aren't getting updates and just arrive at their destination weeks later. We can't do anything about this and thank you for your patience. 
 
My item says delivered, but I didn't receive it?

Please email us your order number so we can file a claim for you.
